Our services are available to patients of participating hospitals in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Eligibility is determined by your hospital's participation in the program — not by credit history or financial status.
Specific payment plan terms are established at enrollment based on your hospital balance and selected payment schedule. Zero interest and zero fees are charged to patients. Payment obligations are governed by your enrollment agreement.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized system access, or disrupt our services.
